If you made a mistake on your deed poll application, please notify us promptly. We will assess the situation and assist you in correcting any errors. Please note that certain corrections may require additional processing fees.

Can I get a refund if I decide to cancel my order?

If you cancel your order with us before shipment, we will refund you the cost of the order, minus a £9.50 order processing fee. Orders that have already been shipped will need to be returned to us at your cost before a refund can be issued.
